Stir-Fried Mussels
Ingredients:
-1 pound mussels
-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-1 teaspoon minced garlic
-1 teaspoon minced ginger
-1/4 cup chopped green onions
-2 tablespoons oyster sauce
-1 teaspoon sesame oil
-1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions:
Clean and de-beard the mussels.
Heat vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
Add green onions and cook for another minute.
Add mussels and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add oyster sauce, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot.

原料:
-1磅蚌肉
-2汤匙蔬菜油
-1茶匙蒜末
-1茶匙姜末
-1/4杯葱花
