Chop Suey Recipe
Ingredients:
-1/2 pound of pork, beef, or chicken
-1/2 cup of sliced celery
-1/2 cup of sliced carrots
-1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
-1/2 cup of bean sprouts
-1/2 cup of bamboo shoots
-1/4 cup of oyster sauce
-1 tablespoon of sesame oil
-2 tablespoons of soy sauce
-1 teaspoon of sugar
-2 cloves of garlic, minced
-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
-1/4 teaspoon of ground white pepper
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork, beef, or chicken and cook until lightly browned.
- Add the celery, carrots, mushrooms, bean sprouts, and bamboo shoots. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and white pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice.

食材:
-半磅猪肉,牛肉或鸡肉
-半杯切片芹菜
-半杯切片胡萝卜
-半杯切片蘑菇
-半杯豆芽
-半杯竹笋
-1/4杯蚝油
-1汤匙麻油
-2汤匙酱油
