Stir-Fried Bell Peppers
Ingredients:
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the bell peppers and cook, stirring frequently, until they are tender and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve warm.

- 2个青椒,切片
