Stir-Fried Lotus Root
Ingredients:
- 1 pound lotus root
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
Instructions:
- Peel and slice the lotus root into thin slices.
- Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the lotus root slices and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, and sesame oil and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.

材料:
- 1磅蓮藕
- 2湯匙植物油
- 1茶匙蒜蓉
- 1茶匙姜蓉
- 2湯匙醬油
- 2湯匙米酒
- 2湯匙糖
- 2湯匙麻油
做法:
- 將蓮藕去皮切成薄片。
- 在炒鍋或大鍋中加入油,將火加熱至中高火。
- 加入蒜蓉和姜蓉,炒30秒。
- 加入蓮藕片,炒2分鐘。
