There's no better way to appreciate portrait art than placing it next to the Model! The resemblance I was able to achieve looking at this piece next to the Muse is just amazing, gives me some sort of happy feeling I can't really explain.

It's been a busy succession of weeks and I miss it here truly, I can't find as much time as I would like to write up posts and sometimes I just forget completely.

Well, here's one of my recent pieces commissioned by my friends at United Capital PLC, my loyal customers!

This was done with charcoal, pastel chalks and colored pencils on alabaster paper. I have included a few progress and details shots. Enjoy!
