I think Zygot and their ZERP platform are proving that blockchain technology has a lot of unexplored potential. Outcompeting an established company like SAP is quite hard but with superior technology it can be done.
Well, the company in question has been around for a while, and if you read their whitepaper and roadmap, the goal is to migrate all their clients eventually. This is going to be huge!
