Zucchini Egg Omelette
Delicious Zucchini Egg Omelette is prepared adding slightly roasted Zucchini on the top of Egg omelette while cooking Egg omelette and gently fold eggs so that Zucchini mixed very well with Eggs.
Ingredients:
3 eggs beaten
½ zucchini cut in small thin slices
2 teaspoon oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper corn
2 Green hot pepper/chilies chopped (optional)
2-3 tablespoon grated cheese
Method:
first of all in a bowl break eggs, add salt,chopped green chilies and whisk it very well.
Next Heat a pan, add tea spoon oil. Add Zucchini, crush some pepper corn and sprinkle little bit salt. Fry for 2-3 minutes then remove from the heat and transfer in a bowl
finally In the same pan, add a tea spoon oil and grease pan nicely. Pour beaten eggs then spread fried zucchini on the top of the eggs. Cook till eggs half done then slightly fold omelette from the two sides so that zucchini get stuffed inside eggs. cook till its cooked and sprinkle some grated cheese, toss it again and remove from the heat when it gets light golden spots on the omelet.
Delicious and healthy Zucchini Egg omelette is ready to serve. You can eat it any time lunch/brunch and dinner.
