Hello everybody. Today I am going to talk about Zillios. Zillios is a new platform on the blockchain that will allow users to list their property for free. The platform is still in the phase of development, but they already have a BETA version of it. They are planning to launch a complete platform after the ICO, which will start on March or April 2019. The platform will allow users to list their real estates for free using the advanced blockchain technology and smart contracts.

The team, which has already presented some successful real estate platforms, has a lot of experience and are aware that the platform needs to be launched in a familiar territory and later spread around the world.

They are going to create a tokens named ZLST. The total amount of the tokens will be 1,000,000,000, of which 45% will be used for the public sale. Unsold tokens and unused tokens from bounties will be burned. The remaining 55% of tokens will be for development, marketing, operations and for partnerships.
Their long-term vision is to create the world first free to use platform that will bring benefits to all the players.

In my opinion, the idea of selling and renting real estate on blockchain is extremely advanced. The experienced team will ensure that payment for advanced functions will be possible with the fiat as well as with their ZLST token. Therefore, in the beginning, they will avoid the problem of some users who are not familiar with cryptocurrencies, and on the one hand they will provide a more favorable offer for use the tokens, and therefore an opportunity for mass adoption of crypto.
