季節性過敏- part 1

連續三星期不停的看過敏病人, 有症狀嚴重的, 也有輕微的。
症狀不外乎眼睛癢, 鼻塞, 流鼻水, 打噴嚏等…

病人一般都愛問:

這中醫能看嗎?
這能治好嗎?
要看多少次呢?

我常跟病人說, 過敏, 特別是季節性過敏不是病, 是症狀!

你身體天生擕帶一隊抵抗力精兵。
你就是那主帥!

但你天天不給他們休息, 又常讓他們情緒不好, 食的東西又不健康或不節制, 再來又不做運動的…
那精兵固然不會好好聽你的…

於是, 一有風吹草動, 抵抗力精兵就起來迎戰…
然後, 你就出現一大堆過敏症狀!

在治療上, 中醫可以先調神, 再調氣血。讓抵抗力精兵們重新振作, 各就各位, 該反擊時反擊, 該休息時休息, 這才是治療季節性過敏的必要條件啊!

下次再來說說我會用的穴位, 中藥, 和其他自然療法。
