Making breakfast ground seed mix!
I put some sunflower seeds, brown linseed and pumpkin seeds in the nutrininja ready to whizz up!
This is what the seeds look like when ground up! Ready to add to breakfast cereals and porridge or smoothies. A good source of omegas, protein and other essential goodies!
Store in a jar or sealed container. I like to pop mine in the fridge. It's good to buy the seeds in bulk too, to save some money and packaging.
