"The Bayonne school district received a Twitter message threatening to shoot at local schools," school district superintendent Michael wanko said. - At the moment, the police Department of Bayonne has not yet established the reality of the threats, because the mayor Davis contacted me today at 6.40 and said that for security purposes it was decided on Monday to close all schools of the district.
As mayor of Bayonne James Davis noted on his Facebook page, the decision to close schools was taken solely "out of precaution." Also, the head of the city promised to inform the community as new data.
"Such provocations are always of concern to parents, pupils and school staff, and even if they are not always real, this cannot be ignored," says Michael Vanko.
