If you check your votes you'll see that at the time of me writing this comment, @hotpacks is not actually upvoting you - which is a bit dishonest. I'd recommend removing your upvote for their comment. Personally, I flagged them for trying to cheat people out of their vote. But how you deal with it is up to you.
What I meant was that @hotpacks had been telling people that they he had been voting for their posts when he actually wasn't . If you look here: https://steemdb.com/@zakisa you can see that he only upvoted you about 7 hours ago - not 3 days ago when he posted the comment.
He has since been flagged for comment-spam and trying to scam people out of their votes.
