A Smile of Joy for Victoria - GoFundMe - Ukraine
I met Victoria (Вікторія Терещенко - www.facebook.com/tereshchenko.victoria/) thanks to the Doctor, Tatiana Ryndych, based in New York - United States
Victoria (Вікторія Терещенко) is a beautiful Ukrainian girl of 33 years and she suffers cerebral palsy from birth.
At the time of Victoria's birth, doctors crushed her spine. She also suffers spastic tetraparesis.
The doctors told Victoria's mother that she would never walk again. Thanks to the struggle and effort of Victoria's mother, she has been able to study at a special school and she can now also walk.
Our beautiful friend has managed to graduate in Document Management and Information Activities at the Open International University of Human Development "Ukraine".
Victoria can not get a job because of her disability, and Ukrainian laws do not defend her rights.
Currently our friend can do many activities, but she can not walk normally and she needs a surgical operation in her brain: to have a stimulation implant (a brain neurostimulator that avoids involuntary movements and induces brain activity). The entire system has a value of USD 21,500 or UAH 577,800.
Unfortunately, Ukraine is at war today, and beautiful Victoria and her mother live on a very low pension.
Victoria's health was seen by Ukrainian TV in 2017, but she had no donations. From now on Victoria appeals to the solidarity of the whole world to have a small smile and to be able to walk.
