Video of a 250,000 Square Foot Abandoned Building
I had a property under contract that I almost bought last year. The property was an old Hewlett Packard plan in Colorado. The building had been abandoned for over 13 years and I wanted to fix it up. The price was decent for 250,000 square feet and over 20 acres, but the deal did not go through. The property was a mess and had been badly vandalized over the years. A school was also recently built right next to the building which destroyed the access. I shot this video over a year and a half ago and included a short update well.
Intel has been closing a lot of locations as well and consolidating to Texas. Maybe, you should scout out some of their locations.
