Another reason why YouTube / Twitch need to impose stricter rules on pranksters.

Hi fellow Steemians!

Apparently a YouTube and Twitch personality by the name of "Arab Andy" pulled a practical prank, entering a crowded room on the University of Washington campus and playing a TTS message declaring an explosive device has been planted and would soon detonate.

Obviously everyone panicked and ran out.

But this isn't the first time this guy's pulled such a prank and unless his account's banned, I'm sure it won't be his last. At this moment, his channel still seems to be up.

In the end, he did get arrested by the police but showed no understanding of the severity of his actions. He yelled "I didn't do nothing. That was TTS, that was a donation" and referred to the police as "bro".

The whole attention-seeking behaviour on YouTube has gone out of hands (for quite some time now) and there seriously needs to be severe action taken by the outlets (YouTube / Twitch, etc) and in my opinion, I think the law needs to be stricter to prevent such acts. Why can't we have fun without causing pain to others?
