Change Your Life; Eliminate The Fight, Stop Complaining and Look Yourself Winning!
Change your beliefs, change your life is something that I think that you and me have heard repeatedly over and over again. Though if we do it, maybe we can really invite new things to be brought from out of the darkness and into the light...
Or at least we can eliminate or decrease the amount of disdain and strife that we allow to come into our life.
How many times a day are we confronted with choosing between our beliefs and what is assumed by the rest of society? You know those undisclosed or unproven facts that the general population would have us to believe. Which opinion resonates more with your way of thinking?
I would venture to say that our beliefs have a greater bearing on what, or how we respond, or on how we react to any live-given situation. Do you own the strife or at least some of the strive that occurred in your life?
Sometimes you may have not done your research when you were confronted with the choice for choosing or trusting a person or company. A lot of strive could have been eliminated if you and me would have been less trusting and had done more research on the people or companies before they took advantage of us.
Because we are happy people and were too trusting, we expected others to be the same way as us; happy, trustworthy and honest people like we are! Though with a few changes in our thoughts and beliefs you can fix almost anything. Almost.
Would you agree with that assessment or does your opinion differ?
Do you know where or why your beliefs have either hurt you or helped you?
If you could, would you change your beliefs,even though they may go back many generations or are of a similar belief-system?
Do most of your beliefs come from somebody else in your family, or from somebody other than yourself?
Do you hold onto concrete beliefs that your mom, dad or grandmother had?
Enough with the questions, right?
Always believe that you deserve the best efforts from everybody in the same amount or measure as you readily gave to them.
I am here to tell you that although many times, our beliefs are not proven as fact, they are in-fact based on our past experience through events that had a remarkable impact on our emotions. In one way or another our beliefs, about a given situation were accurate, even before the evidence was brought to light. Right?
Of course, you would need some examples by where you can follow my thoughts: Let's say that every time you went outside for 15 or more minutes, in one stretch, at-a-time, and really engaged the earth, sun, moon, stars or trees, you were able to get more internal peace and solace. Then I would venture to say that your beliefs, at least for you and me, are correctly guiding us to go outside more often.
We are most helpful to ourselves when we are seeking to attain more peace, grounding and introspection that going outdoors, more often, can provide. There is a peaceful release that getting out and communing with nature has to offer us. Even if you only went outside for five minutes, you felt a peaceful release of the chemical reactions in your mind and body, that in some way, stimulated feelings of internal and maybe even external peace and ease. Perhaps you felt more peaceful, if only in your mind, for at least for a few minutes and you felt no stress!
In another example: Let's say that you and me believe that smiling as much as you can, throughout the day, invites and brings new and happy circumstances. Smiling encourages fond memories and invites more peaceful feelings to you and me as we smile, even if for no apparent reason.
We do it because - we can! And two-because we want to have as many external displays of happiness reach our internal way for prompting happiness, through our actions. Deliberately inviting our emotions to get happy before any kind of outer stimuli has been attracted.
We should always, and in all ways, be ready or prepare to get happy, readily having a smile on our face that invites and engages other happy-looking, smiling people and faces to return the favor! Pleasing events will flow into our field of energy the more that we expectantly plan and prepare to change our thoughts and do things differently than by the measure of society. Smile before you have any outer stimuli to provoke or invite a reason or cause for you to smile.
Always believe that good things are meant to happen to you or through you everyday. Know that good things happen to people who prepare and plan to have a great day. A smile is just as much for yourself as it is for anybody else. Believe that your thoughts and actions have powerful energy. Know that the words that you speak to yourself- even if done silently, will lead to the events that you invite into your life.
Believe that you are wonderful, I already believe in your great attributes and attitude, and I don't even know you. With that being said, "If I can believe that you can do anything that you intend to do, then you should believe in the power of your efforts as much, if not more, than I do!"
Change your beliefs, change your life! Eliminate strife, stop complaining and watch yourself gaining new friends and more or new opportunities. Enjoy the adventure that we call life. Gain insight into the enormously beneficial things that making a change in your beliefs can invite. Aspire and inspire novelty in your life and maybe even in mine too!
