Day 3 - Taking a break
In retrospective of a month into crypto trading, it hasn't been the easiest of months. The month of September was much one of the worst months for the space in general, with all on the Chinese uncertainty. In short, at this point in time I'm part of the 90% of traders that are loosing . And after going over this stretch I can surely attribute my lack of success to one world: impatience.
When you get into the crypto trading, there is a lot of new information coming at you. Not only do you have to deal with the concept of different coins (the fundamental side) but also the concept of technical analysis. It can be pretty overwhelming. Also, at some point, you find yourself lost with essentially what are the concepts of trading and investing and that doesn't help you either.
And do yourself a favour and try to stay away from groupchats or Twitter because your heart will start bouncing when you see so much, what appears to be opportunity but to be honest, no one can do a better job than yourself. Take your time, this market isn't going anywhere and make your due research on coins and enter the market when you know the time is right. If you feel that sense of excitement when you enter a trade then let me tell you something: you have already lost.
My ultimate goal is to document this journey and I'm finding that putting my thoughts on paper is having a positive effect. Maybe you should start doing it too!
Keep Over It,
