Release back tension with this 5 minute yoga sequence!
Like most of us, I am part of the 9-5 job crew who spend the majority of their day sitting at a desk. This has caused severe back pain for me, and I needed a way to counter all the crunching my spine was doing. I wanted to share the sequence with others since I know it is a common issue!
