What are Chakras? If you have heard of it and wonder what is behind it....

It is just some weird Yoga language? What is the idea and meaning of every of the 7 Chakras?

In yoga, everything begins with the Self. Blockages of the Heart Chakra is doubt towards yourself. If you doubt even yourself, how can you begin to love others? Healing of the Heart Chakra starts with loving yourself. These yogic practices will help you heal your Heart Chakra and live a loving life
