This is right on but personally I find it hard to know when that exact time is to act. Meditating helps me, but only in so far as I can relax into it, but then I find that there is nothing to be concerned about and I just go merrily on my way...

Yes, it's an art! If I start the day with a quiet practice, I find that helps me gauge my inner state and improves the whole day. Then, I love a 10 minute break while I'm working just to tune in again. My problem is when I'm at the office - it's hard to get any quiet moments or places to sit! Best wishes
