There is no gainsaying the fact that yoga and exercises are very good for the body. Like everything in existence, when activity slows down clogs take place and death sets in. It sets in in such a very slow, seemingly unnoticed manner that people think they are still alive! @saramiller captures it well in her opening statement:
Moving the body keeps the brain and spirit healthy. It's Science - exercise promotes neurogenesis. And when the brain and body are healthy, the spirits lift!
@saramiller Please share the instructional stuff here. It will go a long way to make it more practicable to follow and utilise.
If you're not living, you're dying! It's amazing to me how many people have already died and are just waiting for their bodies to expire...
