Here's a video to help with the morning wake-up, waking the body and the mind ready to start the day.We all know how much better it feels to have a little bit of time and space in the morning instead of rushing around before getting to our destination for the day or meeting etc. Making this time, a scared time in which to clear your mind, process your night's dream and feel energised to face the day ahead in a positive mindset.
This video is suitable for someone who has some experience with yoga but can be adapted to beginners.
Note in Plank pose you can always drop the knees and tops of feet, focus on keeping the spine straight and pressing through the hands with fingers spread wide.
