Amazing post. I was reading Yoga and The Subtle Body by Tias Little and he writes great stuff about the feet as a diaghram with their first contact on earth. I find it fascinating that a simple shift in the feet or hands can impact all the way up. It all starts at the feet!!! Thats partly why your back is better too...
God I love yoga. I could never do a hanumanasana but I love how it brings me into my body. You and I have so much to talk about!!!
