Process of kapalbhati Pranayam is based on proper sitting and breathing process. Some people are Know Kapalbhati pranayam as Yogic Breath.Kapalbhati Pranayama made people mentally and Physically strong.
Meaning of Kapalbhati Pranayam is,
"Kapal"=Forehead
"Bhati" =Shining
"Pranayama" =Breath Process(Breathing Techniques)
Process of kapalbhati
1.Sit in right position( You can also sit in Vajraasana)
2.Take Breath or Inhale (Breath In side)
3.Exhale Rapidly (Breath Out side rapidly)
4.Relax (after 25 to 30 Exhale you can Relax)
Benefit Of Kapalbhati:-
Kapalbhati pranayama has more benefit but I will give some Important benefit these are following

i do yoga daily morning kapalbhati also, after yoga i fell very fresh and relax.

Wow is very good I also do yoga and do yoga in my school also on Yoga Day on 21st June Yoga was also done by the children of the children in the school
Because diseases are removed from yoga
