Yoga. Where is the beginning?
Difficult to understand what to say first to attract peaple attention to yoga. My last post about yoga was maked under th influence of a huge number of thoughts ) There are a lot of books dedicated to yoga. Most of them are very complicated for understanding and enforce the beginners to accept a lot life rules that contradicting with their waylife ) . Of course most of these books are very right (may be ))) ) But they try radically to change our habitual way of life . From our faith , behavior , to our food ration.
I will start from the meat. I am not a vegetarian , not yet . It's very difficult to change yourself and I don't think there is a nessecaty in a quickness. Your body will tell you when it would be ready for changing. I loved eat for most of my life. I began to note that not always I have a nessecaty in beef. I start to eat more tomatos and cucumbers. It's not telling that meat are bad. Just your stomach learned to ingest less calorie meat more effectively.
Do not try breac down yourself . I don't think that it will be right way. Do not try to accept everything you will read or hear. And of course start from the prectising yoga asanas.
