Chair Yoga for the elderly!
Hello darlings,
Recently I’ve taken up chair yoga. I think it’s a very good thing when you grow older, to do something to stretch your body… because otherwise your body gets all crippled up.
I’m definitely comes hurts at first (as you can see by my face), but I feel positive that I’ll overcome the pain and agony.
