Upvoting and resteeming was easy, deciding what yoga move was "best" took a little thinking. I am pretty limber for a granny, but no contortionist. I just started doing a bit of yoga when I suddenly knew which was best and why! This is the best yoga move:

Actually it's a pose or asana, not a move, a move would be a flow, a vinyasa, but for that we need to post videos or GIF's or a series of pictures. Maybe @dobartim changes the title one day :)
In this country "move" has a slang definition too, that could be a pose. "Show me your moves" just means show me what you can do, even if it is not really motion.
I'm aware of the phrase, "you got the moves", never saw it applied to static poses though. Enjoy your move then.
