World Laughter Day. An oportunity to focus on a new mindset out of the box. Focus on your inner happiness.
Whether or not smiling can cause positive emotions, humor and laughter and true, sincere smiling definitely do have a positive effect on individual health and on the well-being of a society.
Yoga and meditation help us feel good.
Chill, drink some water, sit, close your eyes, calm yourself, now be comfortable, best if you can lay spread down face up, relax, breathe, close your eyes, control your breathing, focus on slow ins and outs.
The most relaxed you are the less air you consume, so the slower you can execute a profound (greater expansion of the lungs and control using abdominal and visceral muscles) breath, if you managed to significantly slow your pace, it eventually indicates you have achieved some sort of first degree on a meditative state of mind.
"laughter can change the world in a peaceful way!"- Dr. Kataria.
