YOGA POSTURE #29 : One-legged Pigeon Pose, Eka Pada Rajakapotasana
Hello everyone!
Let me introduce you One-legged Pigeon Pose, Eka Pada Rajakapotasana.
This variation is a super deep backbend , which requires flexibility of the hips, back and shoulders...
Benefits:
- Stretches the thighs, groins and psoas, abdomen, chest and shoulders, and neck
- Stimulates the abdominal organs
- Opens the shoulders and chest
Enjoy your practice!
Wishing you a peaceful day...
Namaste 🙏💖
Es muy interesante e importante para nuestra salud física...
Claro que si! 😊🙏
Beautiful!! Pigeon pose is one of my favorites. Although, I do struggle to get into full pigeon. Still need to open my hips a bit more, especially my TFL!
Love the photo you got as well. The black and white keeps the energy coming off the image graceful.
Thank you so much @thirdeyeindigo 😊🙏💖
