The dropahead Project is always looking for curators willing to join our curation team.

If you believe in dropahead's motto: "Supporting people in their STEEM journey" and you like to work with a decentralized team spread across multiple countries, then check the following info.

Requirements

• Self-discipline,
• Love for reading,
• Advanced/Native English skills,
• Team spirit,
• dropahead Membership (join here: https://discord.io/dropahead).

Optional

• Spanish skills,
• Portuguese skills.

Payment:

Payment is part of our community curation process. This is how we curate (less more):

1. Authors share their links into our channels (currently via discord),
2. Curators review those posts,
3. Curators propose a set number of posts for second review by Quality Assurance (QA),
4. QA approves the posts that match dropahead's quality standards,
5. The curator votes and posts a comment under the approved post, announcing that it was selected,
6. @dropahead votes the selected posts and the curators' comments,
7. @dropahead publishes a daily report with the list of posts selected,
8. Curators, QA and @dropahead make earnings from their curation and author rewards.
