XVG/USD Technical Analysis - Will XVG's Ground-breaking Partnership Bring us to the Moon? - 05 April 2018
People who have been following Verge (XVG) knows that this crypto's price has been a roller coaster ride. From the announcements of John McAfee to the Wraith protocol delayed release, and now, the crowd-funding which was dubbed by Justin Sunerok to be "Perhaps the largest adoption of a non top 3 coin to ever happen" and that "it could be the largest adoption of a virtual currency ever."; the price has been going up and down.
Since a few weeks ago, XVG has again put into limelight because of this crowdfunding and its success. However, the announcement of the partnership will not be announced until the 17th of April.
If this partnership is as ground-breaking as Justin Sunerok has made it sound-like to be, then I am expecting the trend below.
However, if the partnership is not as impressive as people expects, then the impulse wave will be shorted-down up to C wave only before plunging back down.
Note: Going down below $0.22 before April 17th will invalidate this current count.
Due to the low market cap. and low marketing presence, XVG is one of those coins that are very susceptible to news; thus, it is very hard to back-up the claims using other indicators. Let's just hope that this announcement by the XVG team is very impressive which will bring us all to the moon!

it really sounds like great "pump and dump". I wouldnt trust in verge. they are not transparent enough.

To predict price movement on Verge is close to gambling. This crypto is kind of a joke, CEO doesnt look professional at all and it's being used a lot for pumps and dumps.
Technical Analysis must have very little value here. Right?

Hi! Appreciate your feedback. I agree with you regarding their CEO (LOL) but that is because there is no real company behind this coin. This coin is a community coin which makes the funding limited; thus, limiting the development of this cryptocurrency. Here's a comment of mine a few hours ago..
It may seem the team is not so good compared to others, however, I think that if they can deliver what they have promised, this is one of the best privacy coins.
Or maybe, my knowledge is just limited regarding privacy coins? :D

Somehow I cannot believe that XVG would be considered serios privacy coin out there. I cannot imagine how to convince serious investors into that project. I would rather stick to Zcash.
