Have you recently tried to send or withdraw your xrp?

I recently bought some for a colleague that has been asking me to get it for him

Me: " yeah sure I can get some. don't mind me asking, why is it you want that particular coin? I'm assuming you don't have any other coins given that I'm buying it for you, so why buy this is above all else? "

Him: " ripples going to the moon bro, I saw it on the news. it has all that blockchain technology."

anyway aside from looking down on this peasant for his lack of understanding, I would like to double check that I am withdrawing this properly before I do so.

I will include some screenshots with the screen that I am running into and if anyone has some insight into this, please share.

also I am new to steemit in general and look forward to interacting here more. lmk if there are any hard lessons learned you've experienced on here and willing to share. maybe you posted a login password by accident lol?
