Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro to Get Android Oreo With MIUI 9.5 Update in India, Rollout Starts June 29.

Xiaomi's a strong mid range smartphone Redmi Note 5 pro launched in India in last February 2018.
The all features of this smartphone is really good but one one thing was missing in this smartphone which is, the handset runs MIUI 9 on top of Android 7.1.2 nougat. They promised for an Android Oreo update on this device when it's lunched. They keep their promise and officially announced that they will be released MIUI 9.5 based Android Oreo via ota update on 29th june.

For those who are notoriously impatient, it's important to stress that the update will be going out in phases. So if you aren't part of the first phase, don't worry, be patient. It's going to arrive "sometime soon" anyway.

The exact build of the global ROM coming your way is 9.5.6.0.OEIMIFA. The update was in beta for a long time, some bugs were encountered and subsequently squished, and now it's ready to be called Stable.
