Hello, my fellow brothers and sisters on steemit. I present to you another episode of some important features in the Bizshake ecosystem. In my previous article, I highlighted quite a number of features in the Bizshake ecosystem. Let’s quickly have a recap of the features that were captured in the previous article for the benefit of those who are just reading my article about Bizshake for the first time. In the previous article, I wrote about three tools (namely; SmartRent, SmartPawn, and SmartCertify) that Bizshake will be integrating to ensure a secure online transaction. I made mention of the fact that, the smartrent platform will enable a user who wants to lease out his or her assets to safely engage in the lending process without fear because of the trust embedded in the blockchain technology. I further mentioned that SmartPawn provides help to users (pawners) to establish a platform where these same pawners can obtain a short-term loan backed by an asset from another user (lender). SmartCertify was the last tool in the previous article of which I wrote that SmartCertify platform brings about an asset verification and certification system where users who have valuable assets and want to lease them out can seek for the assistance of Bizshake in the leasing out of their assets.
In this article, I will be reviewing on how Bizshake will integrate Smartidentify, SmartAPI and Smartdispute systems to ensure a secured online transaction.

AMAZING FEATURES(SMARTIDENTIFY, SMARTDISPUTE, AND SMART API) ON BIZSHAKE PLATFORM

Bizshake seeks to make that, it does all that it could do to ensure smooth P2P transactions without intermediary costs for trust provision, based on the Blockchain technology, greatly reducing transaction fees for users.

SMARTDISPUTE

Every Organization needs a reputation to develop a trusted community so as to get members to believe in them so that in case of any dispute that may arise, members might not fear of losing their assets so too does Bizshake. Bizshake selected the Smartdispute system to deal with major dispute cases that may eventually arise during transactions so that both parties involved know exactly how to deal with payments, deposits. Within the SmartDispute system, a user who leased his assets for a certain period of time can request for compensation from the other user to which the asset was rented to incase the asset seeker did not return the asset on time. Now, the Smart dispute system serves a number of purposes;

It allows the lessor to request a penalty from the lessee in an instance where the lessor’s asset was returned in a partially damaged state. Penalty requested by the lessor can range from 1% to 99% of the deposit). In situations like this, the lessee has no option than to accept the penalty he or she has been charged with.
The SmartDispute system again enables the asset owner to employ the panel of judges to deal with the dispute in an instance where negotiations with the lessee prove futile. Arbiters will evaluate the documents and will reciprocally emit a verdict (penalty as a percentage of the amount claimed by the user who escalated the dispute

SMARTIDENTIFY

BizShake’s SmartIdentify program is intended to allow BizShake to gain access to other sources of information related to the user. Of course, this will be at the sole authorization by the user. Bizshake has measures in place to keep all sensitive data very confidential and well secured to prevent the breach of confidentiality by another party on the Bizshake platform.
BizShake’s SmartIdentify app makes provision of the best user experience through customizing the application's behavior to better suit a user’s specific needs. The increased level of security and trust among users can never be underestimated as far as the SmartIdentify platform is concerned. SmartIdentify will eliminate all fraudulent activities that are likely to happen. The system keeps the Bizshake platform clean.

Smart API

To top it all, SmartAPI platform brings about accessing BizShake smart contracts where users will be able to create new applications which can replicate the logic of the BizShake application. The smartAPI platform allows users to use the same infrastructure as the BizShake applications, that is the SmartRent and the SmartPawn. The idea behind integrating the SmartAPI feature is to help entrepreneurs and blockchain engineers create their own P2P sharing services depending on their business needs and requirements.
The bizshake platform will serve as the right platform for lessors to launch their assets to ensure a successful online transaction of their assets.
