5 Great Xbox One Games to Play with Friends
Times are changing folks. Children and teens spend more and more time playing video games. And who blames them? There are some great games out there that they can enjoy while being social. Here is a breakdown of just 5 co-op games that can be enjoyed on Xbox One, with friends.
#5. The COD Franchise - Every year a new Call of Duty game releases. The games get mixed reviews, but if you are looking for a great game to play with friends, here you go. Featuring 3 distinct game modes, that vary game to game, this franchise holds hours of action. First, each game has a campaign mode, also known as the story mode. This is where parents may want to pay attention because intense language and suggestive themes are present, along with obvious blood, gore, and killing. Then there is a multiplayer mode where you can play online in a variety of types of matches. You can get a squad of 6 friends and go to war with six players around the world. Finally, the third mode is the one that changes yearly. Players have seen Zombies (my personal favorite), extinction, and special ops.

#4. Madden Football - Annually a new NFL game releases. For football fans, this one's for you. Players can go head to head against friends or random players in classic versus mode where each player selects one up to date NFL team. There is a second online mode which is newer to the franchise, called Ultimate Team. In this mode, players build their teams from different rarity cards, and can collect current football superstars to retired legends and piece together the ultimate team (no pun intended).

#3. 2k Games - 2k is a gaming company that releases multiple games, most known for their yearly WWE and NBA games. Both feature a variety of game modes in which you can play with friends. WWE recently added a road to glory game mode where you wrestle against other players for a chance to compete at an upcoming pay per view. The 2k NBA game may just be the most popular game on this list. With the addition of MyPark a few years back, the game has become much more popular, with the unique game mode that allows you to play against other peoples' MyPlayers.

#2. Minecraft - I can't tell you how many hours my friends and I have enjoyed this game. With many ways to customize your experience featuring survival and creative modes, getting a squad of friends together from the comfort of your couch is the late night go to. Show your skill and creativity. If you have friends who will play, I promise this will be a great use of your money.

#1. Fortnite - Another fan favorite is Fortnite, a game with the premise of survival. With 100 people in a game, you and your friends try to survive to be the last crew standing. The game has a solos, duos, and squads game modes featuring a team of 1, 2, and 4 respectively. You will be addicted upon playing. The game does have occasional lag, but there are often updates that shake up the game and they usually improve the game.

I have played and enjoyed the COD franchise since BO2. I stopped when infinite warfare came out however. You should do a review of the newest COD and post some gameplay footage. This was overall a nice list. Thank you for taking the time to write and post this!
Thanks chris. I might do that for fortnite. I love the game!
No problem. Good luck!
