In late May 2013, the inspector's office, Kirby, from Los Gatos City, a suburb of San Jose, Calif., Received a phone call from one of the people calling for an urgent meeting.
Inspector Kirby quickly went to the meeting place to find a thin, long-faced man with a face that did not leave a centimeter in his body, including the face without a tattoo or engraving.
"The life of my nephew is in danger and I hope you can help him," he said.

And of course for the items of release he must interview a specialist from the police every week to follow up his social status.
Inspector Kirby's experience is that all he can do for Joel is to investigate charges of burglary and extortion
He asked Joel himself to get his sayings and descriptions of the culprit.
After several unsuccessful attempts, "Joel" was found who seemed as if he did not want to talk to the police for anything.
But after Kirby reassured him and gained confidence, Joel began to talk
And "Joel" on the "Kirby" swap seemed strange some thing !!
That he has confirmed information about the murder of "South Side Drive" and will volunteer in exchange for being excluded from the terms of early release and leave him to leave California to the remote Virginia dreamed of it !!
The inspector, Kirby, was a personal friend of the inspector, Himey Khomez, who was working in San Jose and immediately called him for Joel,
