After the events in the previous film, Sam (Julie Estelle) has broken up with Agung and is currently in a dilemma in fighting for her identity from her increasingly powerful dark side despite the presence of Kuntilanak wangsit. Sam is now living in the boarding house of a Chinese merchant family. The daughter of the family, Yenny (Cindy Valerie), instantly scared as soon as she met Sam, but her parents do not know why.
