The Mirror

There was once a land blessed with beautiful light, a peaceful illumination. This was believed to be the home of everyone you may know and where every human will ever take a stand. It is a place of discovery, an ocean of soulful waves. Now, this can be a dreamland, but one has to be careful with dreams. Trees grow the fruits that you expect to harvest when the seed is laid on the ground.

All this may be just another fiction story, but it may well reflect real episodes. The magic of this inspiring portrait of life is found beyond the clouds. At times in which all is grey and dull, there is still light above. The biggest illusion is to believe more in the passing clouds than in the ever-present sky. And funny enough, the most intelligent creatures can lose themselves within the storms. One is believed to take the transitions as a point of reference, but the only reference is that we are standing in an empty space. A blank canvas to paint an idealized reality. Through the awareness of this level of consciousness, there are no boundaries to the conceiving mind.

In the land of dreams, we have billions of realities. There is no absolute truth, just multiple forms of conception. All humans live in the same physical realm, but each of us filters what we want to see or feel. The greater the focus, the more energy is created towards our concerns. Thus, imaginary bubbles are formed to inspire our walks or to destroy our paths. To exercise our creative power is to believe we can break out of the bubbles we have not created ourselves. The ones that limit, the ones that deprive us of taking risks.

This story is about you, it is about me and everyone in this land. It is not a fairy tale, but an invite for meditation. The precious moment comes when the mind no longer waits or regrets. It notices the beauty that is here now and creates a loving world from that space. Through the eyes of a child as in the ripples of a water drop, this divine presence comes to the stage. No matter the time or place, there is always room for self-reflection.
