LITTLE CHURCH HOUSE BY THE WAY original photograph

This little church sits in LaGarita, Colorado on a rarely taken dirt road. I wonder who met here to sing and worship? I imagine little girls and boys running and playing after church service. Maybe the ladies were laying out homemade blankets to gather for a picnic. Spreading out apple or peach pies while the gentlemen stood by their horse and buggies discussing their week on the ranch, or a mountain lion sighting from the night before.
Life has changed since that little church was built, but I'm glad the little church withstood the test of time.
