You shared with me your knowledge and grace
And recognized all my faults
Through my dreams your voice reverberates
When I wake It's your name I call
Opening doors I always thought were closed
Embracing my being with your caring soul
Your eyes reveal a child-like innocence
Your actions display heartfelt intentions
With a calming embrace you give me the patience
Gifted time from your day, your joy is contagious
Being in your presence lifts my low spirits
You see through my wall of shtick 'n gimmicks
Your curly hair so full of life
Around you I haven't any strife

As this love will flourish so will this poem, growing larger by the day. Becoming complex and intertwined, every line a new definition of feelings.
