CREATE VALUE AND LIVE TO ITS STANDARD.

Humans are born differently, with different unique characteristics. Our behaviors, characters and acts differs a lot. The truth is that our values differs, I can compare this with fingerprints. As the fingerprint could be categorized into four main types, it does not infer that our fingerprints are the same. There are distinct values, but the way we have them and showcase them are different.

Values are principles that humans hold on to and consider important, it is the basis of human and directly or indirectly affect choices being made. You might have goals you are living for and modelling your life after, without the right values it would be difficult to make those goals.

There are lots of values; honesty, hard-work, team-work, accountability, consistency and lots more
Our characters are built on values, and it seeks to improve lifestyle. So if you are having the right values, values that could be of help to people then you need not hide them. Most of the times, people do not know the values they possess. It is actually easy to identify the values you hold on to, it would be explained briefly.

There are basics step to follow so as to make your values a thing of benefit to others;

• Identify them:
It is okay if you have already figured out what your values are. And if you have not figured it out or not yet sure all you need do is to check the choices you have been making. Zero in on the major choices you have made over time and remember the reasons you made them. This would guide you.

• Believe in them:
Once you have them figured out, you need to trust it and hold on to it. Believe it because they define you, and they are the building blocks of what you would be.

• Live with your values:
The next thing is to be conscious of them, make all your choices to be in line with your values. It would make you a person of integrity.
Share them with others: Teach other people to adopt your values, show them the right way to live. Share with them what you believe in and do not force it on them. Sharing it with them create an awareness for them to be conscious of their values and the need to fine tune theirs.

• Allow it to motivate others:
Be source of inspiration! If honesty is part of your values or any other ones, let people know and stick it. This would motivate others into working on themselves, without even having to say anything.
Remember that having better people around entails having a better society. Change someone’s life with your values.
