Good to know.I have always thought that Egg is not good for the body.I was told the yoke has a lot of cholesterol which is bad for the human body.But i think as much as it might be good for the body, i believe also that, too much of everything is bad and as such Egg should be eaten in moderation.Thanks

there are so many myths regarding eggs but I agree with you they are super good for use, they make up for a GREAT breakfast and I believe the whole egg should be cooked, not only the whites.
