Also, it’s about priorities. You’re very young. Looks like you just freshly graduated from college. And your blog is in your real name.(?) I imagine that you really want to be open, honest, and raw but you also want to look good in lots of arenas...socially, professional, with your family. It’s impossible to please everyone, and so we bite our tongue. This can go on for years...I know this because I lived it. Don’t get stuck there.

I found my way out of that pickle by blogging anonymously at first. Totally anonymous. Then I had no identity I had to defend or maintain. It was liberating! So much so that I gradually relaxed into myself and now little by little I am become more revealed, reconciling the parts known with those long hidden for fear of judgement and whole.
