Sekedar tips bermanfaat, banyak sekali saluran situs dan laman belanja online yang bertebaran di dunia maya, mulai dari penjual per-orangan melalui FB ( Face Book ), hingga sekala corporate seperti elevenia, matahari mall, dan lazada. Nah, bagaimana agar kita puas berbelanja tanpa tertipu produk abal - abal ataupun malah tidak dikirim sama sekali?. Simak kiatnya;
- Pastikam situs belanja ada adalah situs yang sudah punya rekam jejak cukup baik, ini berlaku tuk corporate maupun personal selling.
- Pastikan seller apakah corporate maupun personal mendapat rating yang tinggi dari mantan customer nya.
- Dan terakhir dari saya, tak lupa pula, pastikan bahwa komentar kepuasan pembelian rata - rata positif dari mantan customer yang pernah bertransaksi dengan seller tersebut.
Bonus dari saya, saya lampirkan print screen customer care elevenia, tempat saya sering berbelanja online.
