Frank letter of my experience and findings on steemit.- Brain twists are given free rein

Look, I'm not a writer. I tell my stories via drawings and they're beyond words. And since steemit is mainly a writer's blog, it's difficult to find a way to an audience that can appreciate it. Users who are also, like me, more visual than textually.
Add that I know little or nothing about crypto currency and things like that, so I can't really enter into a dialogue about the latest developments.
Both aforementioned aspects makes this platform not quite working for me yet. But I am patient, convinced that, with the enormous growth of steemit users, there will be more possibilities in the future. Full of hope that steemit also evolves for the practitioners of the visual and graphic arts, where words are superfluous.
And then I think of forms like instagrams or pinterest, where people only share visual content with each other, with a minimum of explanation. where the image itself is autonomous and carries all the value in sight.
In short: for the time being, I am still in the wait-and-see attitude until such a model is available to put me completely at ease. And right now, I use my blog as an archive of my process, without being too busy with votes and followers.

VOTE FOR VOTE & FOLLOW FOR FOLLOW

What worries me more is, and I can't get rid of the impression, that a large number of users are more concerned with collecting followers and votes than with the content of actual posts.
At least that is my experience when I read the comments on posts more often. And even outside steemit where I read more calls on the facebook steemit group as: 'Vote for Vote' and 'Follow for follow.'
So, in this case it doesn't matter what you post, because what I see mostly is the development of a skill to make as many people as possible enthusiastic to follow you. Collecting votes, by mutual agreement as; I scrape your back when you clearing mine?

What about the inter-value of the information that we share with each other?
I live in the idea that this was precisely the intention of this great platform. Only I currently see a possible deformity because we are so focused on Steempower and steem dollars, causing the beauty and possibilities are limited by 'compensation'.

Forgive me, but I think that's a strange attitude. that tends towards begging.
And if this were the whole intention of this whole steemit design, then I think I understand even less than I thought. Because we forget the personal interests and tastes of people, who determine whether a post is interesting enough or not. Based on subject, media and (in case of steemit) writers- style.
While I observe this, without judging further, I have to conclude for myself that this is not my style. And if it continues to develop in such a way I do not belong on this platform, despite all the possibilities that lie in the future. As if I can not make art for art, I need content, passion and deepening to be able to commit myself to it.
If I Can't Dance, I Don't Want To Be Part of Your Revolution

I realise that I'm not making myself popular with this (Because I also realise that it's easy to criticise without leaving aside other alternatives. Only, in this case, I can change little essentials because I am an illiterate when it comes to computer languages and programming.), but these findings have been wriggling in my head for days and it requires a way out, so honesty requires me to write it off and share it with the world. Hoping ya'll forgive me these negative thoughts, who have the intention to get positive actions out of it.
Being aware is the first step towards change...

Thanks for your time and attention!
