A President like Jose Rizal
Presidents are said to be the leaders of their nation, being on top of leading his fellow countrymen in creating a better future for everyone, that may also describe what a hero does for the people he cares for. You think that being a president and a hero is not that far apart. But when finding a president who is closely similar to a national hero like Dr. Jose Rizal, it may pose as a very tricky question. In the Philippines, the presidents may be of high authority, but still, they are tainted with the faulty decisions of their predecessors. Corruption has been etched as a description for a president in the minds of the Filipinos. To find a president that reminds you of a great hero here in our country is too difficult. Jose Rizal is the kind of person who acts with emotion and passion. Our knowledge of Philippine presidents only provides us with assumptions of corruptness which is not found in the definition of a hero. As millennials, we cannot provide sufficient evidence of a president who strikes us as similar to Jose Rizal. Even if there are a few we can choose from, they still lack some of the qualities you find in Rizal which makes them invalid for the similarity.
