Teachers - A classification/division essay

Teachers, one of the most important people in one's early life. Their job is to teach kids about different subjects and lessons in life. They have 13 years to teach students as much as they can before they go off into the real world. Their job can be hard, and some can be better at it then others. A student has numerous teachers in their education. Some can be strict, nice, goofy, careless, a substitute, or a student teacher, but everyone has their own favorite teacher.
The strict teacher. This is the kind of teacher that doesn’t let students on their phones, that don’t bring any fun or happiness into learning, that criticize every little error that you make, that throw pop quizzes, that give enough homework to make you spend hours on just that subject, and that put material on tests that were never taught. Their class is the one that you dread being in, and the one that makes you want to not go to school.
The nice teacher. This teacher is the one that make you want to come to school every day. They let you on your phone when they are not teaching, they look like they enjoy teaching and are interested in the subject and want to teach about it. These types of teachers never give pop quizzes and are always willing to give you extra help or direction on things that you don’t understand.
The goofy teacher. This kind of teacher is the one that always tells jokes in class, the kind of teacher who has a nickname for everyone in the class, the kind of teacher that keeps you interested the whole time you are in their class, even if the discussion in class gets off topic sometimes. These types of teachers always go all out on spirit days and never let there be a dull moment in class.
The careless teacher. This kind of teacher is the one who just doesn’t care. They could care less if you are on your phone the whole hour, or if you're paying attention. They don't care for their job very much and don’t really care about you either. This type of teacher is good and bad for different people. If you want to actually learn about the subject that you are in then they are bad, but if you want a free hour to do whatever you want, then they are your favorite kind of teacher.
The substitute teacher. This kind of teacher is the one that most people like. Substitute teachers usually signal an easy-going day that won't require too much work. These types of teachers I feel do not get enough credit for what they do. Every day, they must go into a new environment that they most likely have never been in before and teach a group of students that they have never seen before. They also have to worry about work each day, because if no teachers are sick, then they don't have a job.
The student teacher. This kind of teacher might have the hardest job of all the teachers. They have to pay money to teach, and don’t get any in return. They come into a new environment halfway through the year and teach students who don’t want to see their actual teacher replaced. They also probably endure more criticism then a normal teacher and have to deal with all of this teaching for the first time, I imagine that it would be very overwhelming.
The favorite teacher. Everyone has their own favorite teacher. Weather it is because they are goofy, nice, careless, student teacher, substitute, or something else, they made a big impact on your life in some way and make you want to go to school every single day. There are many different teachers in the world, but every single former and current student in the world has a favorite teacher.
