Yeah waay too many people get flooded and its a very damaging scenario.
30 minutes to boil water? That seems a bit excessive... I would boil water for at least 1-5 minutes just to be sure.
Those Insurance companies worldwide are all the same by the sounds of it... They will do ANYTHING to wriggle out of a payout.
