Honestly, those urges can be so annoying. Iraq and Iran will just be doing serious war in your head, the painful part is how your "Nsugbe Junction" will remain busy all day and will not respect imsef and rest. The one that breaks the heart is how your conscience will not allow you do what you want to do jejelly, you will just be hearing strange voices. One voice will just be like the voice of one of your wicked uncles, that one will be telling you to pick up your phone and call Amaka. The other will just be like the voice of your greatgrand mother; it will just be doing you one kin preaching on how your fellowship cordinator use to carry condom around in his wallet like MTN and nothing has happened, how Okechukwu and Jenifer use to press boob upandan at the chemist shop close to your house, how philip and Chisom use to kiss and 'put the head small' in the parish store after prayer meeting, the voice will just show you how stupid you are for choosing chastity and how Konji will kill you very soon. You'll just be there rolling from one end of the bed to another with your body as hot as fire and your mouth open like window.
I don't know how many of us who have been in that kin of wahala before? Anyone? Ho-he-ha-ho! That season will just be doing you as if you jam Satan face-to-face in garden of Eden. Nothing around you truely satisfies. Something in the very inside of you wants to do something. Haleleshenda! You will just check your phone contact for one old-time funke baby and immediately her phone begins to ring your liver will just cut and you will be like "I just want to check on you. How is your mother and everyone?" piam. That's the season your eyes will just be removing every girl's dress on the street. Lord help me! For some who are into one ungodly habit, that's the season that before one, two, three piam, your hand is down there again. And for others who are in a relationship, immediately you get the signal that Aunty will be visiting you are already dressing your winco foam, and before Aunty could say 'hi' one, hey, hey, hom, it has entered. Under two minutes the 'manifestation' has taken place leaving you once again empty and broken. You pick up your pant behind the Tv stand where you throw it and return home in tears, promising God you will never do it again as if you have sense.
One day, two days, three days, four days, then that very spirit that has sworn to make sure your "Agric Department" look like old DMGS round-about will just enter your head again, voom you are going to the same Uncle Nonso's house to help him arrange his room and charge your phone. 5minites you are still acting like someone who has sense, 10minutes you are now beating your legs, 15minutes you are now rolling upandan on somebody's foam, 16minutes Nonso's 'onitsha Head Bridge' receives the signal and now loading, 17 minutes loading 98%, 19minutes hands are everywhere, 20 minutes ho ho ho ho ho ho hom, mission accomplished! 5:00pm to 5:16pm it is over. Back to square one! 0.002 grace left! 0.001 anointing left! No sense! Father Lord, help me to preach!

Dear Believer,
Whether you are single or in a relationship, there is just no way you can finish this Christian race pure and holy if you don't make RETREAT a regular and nonnegotiable part of your life. And if you have any areas of sensitivity or recurring weakness, I suggest you plan one sooner than later. You’ll likely wonder why you didn’t think of it earlier.
A retreat is a time away and alone with God. A few days to charge the fire in your spirit. It is a moment to strengthened and purged some unstable areas in your christain life. It is a moment to turn off the noise and distraction of life and spend time listening to God’s voice and counsel. During this time, with an open and sincere heart, ask God to show you areas of sin and disobedience in your life. A RETREAT is about finding and healing your own faults and failings.
Plan a CONFESSION. To be completely open and honest with God about your weakness and struggles is an amazingly freeing experience. And it binds our heart with God in a powerful way. There is just something beautiful about having nothing left to hide. No secrets. No hidden sins and temptations. No false pretensions. Just you, standing before your creator completely naked and unashamed, emotionally and Spiritually.

I am convinced that no life is beyond help and no weakness can overpower the amazingly saving grace of God, so don't give up hope. But don't try to do it alone. The Holy Spirit can help win even the most difficult of habit. But it is a journey that must start with you. And your Christian Life is worth the effort.
