Thank you @geke ! A good deal of the influence that most of these chapters possess are due to the hard work of editors like yourself over at the Fiction Workshop. That being said, many of the chapters have not been edited by them. So, most likely, if there are an egregious mistakes (which i'm sure there are) the fault is entirely mine and under no control of the wonderful people at the workshop.
